We are fully equipped with complete precision processing equipment, including wire cutters, EDM machines, engraving & milling machines, medium-speed wire cutters, surface grinders, as well as high-end Swiss AgieCharmilles wire EDM and mirror spark erosion machines.
Our flagship mold products cover automotive cable tie molds, hot runner cable tie molds, frame-style cable tie molds, standard cold runner cable tie molds and more.
After years of technical accumulation, our mold division has fully mastered both cold runner and hot runner molding technologies for nylon cable ties. We can customize various mold solutions tailored to customers’ existing injection molding equipment and their specific product quality requirements.
